Das Triebwerk kollidierte mit Licht- und Funkmasten hinter dem Ende der Landebahn und geriet dadurch in Brand. Glücklicherweise gab es keine Verletzten. Burned-out engine of a Boeing 747-200 freighter which after landing at Dusseldorf International Airport on January 24th, 2005 couldn't stop before the end of the runway. The engine hit light- and radio-installations at the end of the runway which set it on fire.
